1. Service Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning session, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be settled upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate or recurring agreement has been established. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods approved in the UAE.

3. Liability & Claims

We treat your home and belongings with the utmost care and respect. However, if any damage occurs due to our team's direct negligence, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion for our team to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Service Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a specific area that was included in your booking, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean for that specific area at no extra cost.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically those applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
